Students enrolled in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades
are eligible to join.
Nebraska Jr. High School Rodeo Members
Enclosed you will find (2) membership forms that need to be filled
out, notarized, and returned to me. Any information regarding the association will be posted in The Rodeo News and on the website. You will receive a subscription with your membership. Only 1 subscription per family is required, however the NHSRA Times and Western Horseman must be paid for by each contestant. This is through the National Office and I have no control over that. Please follow the checklist. Incorrectly filled out forms will not be processed and may result in your not being able to compete.
1. There are 2 forms required for membership with a front and back on both.
2. Enclosed is 1 entry blank, you will need to copy it. Others are available on the website
www.nebraskawranglerdivision.org.
3. Make sure the forms are notarized where indicated and your social security is on the National form for insurance purposes.
4. Enclose a current grade report or ask your school to send it to me. Home schooled students must send an official one also. If I have yours from state finals, you dont need another one till Spring.
5. Enclose a check for $116.00 which is the total membership fee. The National office just raised the membership another $9, so if you sent your check before this notice, please send another check for the difference.
6. Mark all events you might compete in on the state application and have both parents sign next to it.
7. Double check that all lines are signed. If a parent has full custody or is deceased write that in.
8. Return all forms to Julie Clark P.O. Box 9 Wellfleet, NE 69170
