Your Sponsors
Please make sure you check your sponsorship listing(s) are on the web site to make sure it has been received by the association and is listed correctly. They will be listed on a Member Sponsorship page in the state finals program so contact us if it is listed incorrectly. It would also be a good idea to send those sponsors a thank you note!!

Also, please double check the standings and results before we head into the spring rodeo season and call or email with any questions

Attention Members and Directors: The Feb 1st deadline is quickly approaching to get in your sponsors and raffle tickets. Please send your sponsorships to Cindy and your raffle tickets to Heather. Thank you!

Your Grades: 1st semester grades are due April 1st and 2nd semester grades will be due when you check in at State Finals. If you have 1st semester grades you may send them along with your sponsorships that are due February 1st.

2011-2012 Member Fund Raisers:

1) All members will be expected to sell $20 worth of raffle tickets for a $250 beef bundle that was donated by Adams Land and Cattle Co. of Broken Bow.
The raffle will be drawn at the State Finals on May 24th & 25th. There will be a contest for the most tickets sold and presented to the winner at State!

2) All members are required to get a mandatory $50 donation. The idea is for the member to go out and work for someone to seek a donation or you may simply get a donation. Use the form below and fill out the information of the person/business that gives the donation. If more than one person/business donates please fill out another form. The sponsor will be listed in the 2012 State Finals Program on a sponsorship page. The form and $50 will be due to the secretary by February 1, 2012.
